4-H not only is wide-spread in the United States.  It can take you to a whole new world!  Through the 4-H Exchange programs (LABO and IFYE), youth and adults alike can host students from other countries, as well as take trips themselves to learn about 4-H in other places.  It’s exciting to think 4-H exists in over 88 different countries!

If you are interested in traveling abroad to study in another country, or would be willing to host a student in your home, please contact the Extension Office at 937-328-4607 for more details!

4-H CARTEENS
Think you would like working with other kids your age?  The 4-H Carteens program is a vehicular safety program for first-time traffic offenders where teens teach teens about traffic safety (speeding, seatbelt safety, consequences, defensive driving and driving under the influence.)  This program is a collaborative effort of 4-H, the Juvenile Court, and the State Highway Patrol.

The 4-H CARTEENS programs are held the second Thursday of every other month from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. We are in need of youth 15 1/2-19 to be trained as CARTEEN facilitators.  If you are interested in becoming a 4-H Carteen Facilitator, please contact the OSU Extension, Clark County Office at 937-328-4607.
