Pesticide Recertification – 3 credit hours, 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. (All categories + Core) Cost $35.00
                                         Core, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Fertilizer Recertification (Category 15) - 1 credit hour - 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Cost $15.00

Both Pesticide and Fertilizer $50.00

IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!! The $30 fee for your pesticide applicator license renewal is a separate fee from the recertification training registration fee and must be sent along with your paperwork to the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Pay the fee for the license to ODA and the fee for training to OSU Extension.

OSU Extension Payment for the recertification class can be Cash, Check, or credit card:
Cash - bring into the office after registering here
Check - bring or mail to the office after registering here
Credit card payment can be made online at the end of this registration or in the office
