2020 Countywide 4-H Fundraiser

No 4-H activity fee for 2020!

If you have already paid the acitivity fee, you can apply that payment to the 2021 4-H year, request reimbursement or consider the paid fee as a donation to 4-H. 

Frozen food orders and candy bar pick up will be after July 6. The 4-H Committee is working to set up a pick-up date.

 

 

Sell Anthony-Thomas Candy Bars and/or Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough to earn your 4-H Activity Fee and 4-H Camperships/Project Book Coupons.  Sell $90 in Candy or Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough to earn your activity fee and one $6 campership/project book coupon.  Sell an additional $30 in candy or Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough to earn each additional $6 campership/project book coupon. 

Turn in Cookie Dough orders with money and Candy orders on February 28 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Extension Office.

Pick up Cookie Dough orders and Candy orders on March 13 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Extension Office.

Pay Activity Fees and turn in candy money on April 30 and May 1 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

 

Use Fundraising Recordsheet and turn in candy money and/or activity fee for club members and cloverbuds no later than 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1 at the Extension Office. Payment may be made in person at the Extension Office on February 28 and March 13 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and on April 30 and May 1, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.  May also make payment by mail anytime prior to May 1 to Clark County 4-H Committee, P.O. Box 444, Springfield, OH  45501.  

 

4-H Club Fundaising Request

If your club plans to do a fundraiser to earn money, you must complete the Club Fundraiser Request Form and submit at least 30 days prior to your fundraiser to the Clark County Extension Office.  Clubs should not plan fundraisers that are in competition with the county fundraisers

 

Endowment

A Gift To the Clark County 4-H Endowment Fund

Clark County established a 4-H Endowment Fund to expand programming opportunities and to maintain EXCELLENCE in 4-H youth programs.  The Clark County 4-H Endowment is a permanent fund with the Ohio 4-H Foundation that grows through individual, family, business and corporate donations. 

Annual interest from the Endowment funds local programs. Program dollars help to assist with 4-H member and volunteer recognition, scholarships, educational programs including camps, workshops, clinics, skill-a-thons, and much more.

The  Clark County Endowment is a 501 (c)(3) charitable foundation and is tax deductible. Consult your accountant or tax attorney for specific guidance on your gift. A.B. Graham Memorial Park Paver Brick

Put Your Name in the 4-H Park?  Put your name in history and be part of the A.B. Graham Memorial Park for generations to come by purchasing one or more 4-H Paver bricks to be placed in the park's walkway.  This is a great opportunity for 4-H clubs, families, members, volunteers, alumni, community organizations and businesses to purchase a brick to be a part of history and help the Clark County 4-H Endowment Fund. 

What is the Paver Brick?  Paver bricks are 4"x8" and may display one to three lines of inscription.  Each line of inscription is limited to 15 characters including spaces and punctuation.

How Much Does A Paver Brick Cost?  Bricks may be purchased for $100 each.  You may purchase any number of bricks.

To Order:  Download and complete the A.B. Graham Memorial Park Paver Brick Form and send a check for $100 for each paver brick to Clark County 4-H Committee, PO Box 444, Springfield, OH  45501-0444.
